Collection: Cash Counting Machines in Pakistan

A cash counting machine pays for itself the first month you stop counting notes by hand. Our range starts at Rs 23,800 for a shop counter machine and runs up to bank-grade sorting equipment, all with Cash on Delivery anywhere in Pakistan, no advance and no deposit.

Which type do you need?

  • Note counters (Rs 23,800 – 29,500): count the number of notes and detect fakes. Right for a shop, clinic, petrol pump or restaurant closing one till a day. See the 610, 620 and 640.
  • Mixed value counters (Rs 39,500 – 125,000): count unsorted bundles and tell you the total rupee value with a denomination breakdown. Right for supermarkets, distributors and anyone reconciling cash against sales. See the CM800, 990, CM810 and 920 Pro.
  • Machines with a printer (Rs 89,000+): print a signed count slip for shift handovers and bank deposits. See the P89.
  • Sorting machines (Rs 160,000+): physically separate notes by denomination and condition. For banks and exchange companies. See the P140.
  • Battery operated (Rs 47,000): keeps working through load-shedding and in markets with no power point. See the 980.

Fake note detection explained

Every machine here checks notes as it counts. UV reads the ultraviolet security features, MG checks the magnetic ink, IR scans the infrared pattern inside the paper, and 3D/DD measures note thickness to catch double-feeds and taped notes. The machine stops and alarms on a suspect note so your cashier can check it by hand.

Buying in Pakistan: what to check before you order

  • Mixed value or piece count? This is the decision that matters most. If your till has 100s, 500s, 1000s and 5000s mixed together, a piece counter still leaves you sorting by hand.
  • Notes per day. Under about 2,000 notes a day, an entry machine is enough. Above that, buy a machine with a 500-note hopper and continuous top loading.
  • Warranty and service. Sensors and rollers wear. Buy from a seller who stocks the parts. Every machine we sell carries a 1 year warranty with service support.
  • Power. If load-shedding hits your area at closing time, take the battery model.
